Profile
Research Overview
Our research motive is to discover genes and mechanisms that determine the rate of ageing. Our work focuses particularly on the dietary restriction, resistance to stress with concerned to aging and molecular signaling pathway involved in aging. We are interested also in the physiological mechanisms that force organisms to make trade-offs, such as that between high nutrient intake and high reproductive rate, on one hand, and slow ageing on the other. We also use bio-nano particles for our studies.

- Effect of Dietary restriction on molecular mechanism and neurodegeneration of Drosophila.
- Role of Dietary restriction and stress on age related changes in Drosophila.
