Research programmes leading to Ph.D. Degrees in Education which contribute to innovation, development and reformation of the education system are being carried out at the Department under the efficient guidance of highly qualified faculty. Post DoctoralStudies and various major and minor research projects are successfully completed and many are being carried out by the faculty & research scholars.Since 2015 Open Elective Courses are offered for Post Graduate students of various departments and PG Centres of University of Mysore.
Professor Emeritus Have also bestowed outstanding research upshots which is an added distinction to the repute of the department.Highly qualified faculty with profound knowledge with a great zeal in teaching, research and extension activities have contributed to progressive achievement and evolution of the department.
