She is currently working with educationists to incorporate drama pedagogy in interdisciplinary school and college education. Rajiv Renganathan has 20 years of multi-country experience in IT across software product design, software implementation, project management & enterprise architecture. He has worked in Indian & international organizations such as Wipro, Manhattan Associates, Infosys before joining Schneider Electric. He co-founded a social learning startup, LearnCircle & won multiple awards from Microsoft for community development. Rajiv graduated as mechanical engineer from PESIT, Bangalore and Mtech in IT from NUS, Singapore. He also hold a management certificate from IIM, Bangalore.
Megha Bajaj is the award-winning author of several acclaimed books including Thank You, Cancer (Hay House), I Inspire (Jaico), Happiness in the Age of Ambition (Rupa). She has written over a thousand articles for internationally renowned magazines and newspapers. Megha also runs online writing and healing workshops for aspiring authors/seekers and is currently writing film scripts for prominent production houses. Krishna M Shankaran is a seasoned IT professional and corporate trainer, with breadth and depth of experience for over three decades. He has worked extensively on large scale & complex IT Programs & projects, & provided training services for global clients. Krishna has had an enriching career with IBM in India and USA. In his tenure at IBM, he built multiple data-centers, collaboration centers, and IT solutions for global customers. He continued his career with Accenture, managed large IT portfolio for a giant electronic equipment retail client, based out of US and Canada. Later in his tenure with Infosys Limited, he handled delivery management for some of the large banking and financial sector for the global customers across Europe and US.	Dr. Ali Khwaja - A Montessorian, an engineering graduate of Institute of Science and IIT Bombay, MIE, MIIM, with a Ph.D in behavioral sciences. He has always carved out his own path and been a free-lancer, ensuring that work is joy every day. He is invited regularly to conduct workshops or lectures for Defence, Central Government, prestigious National institutions, schools and colleges, but he prefers to be informal, learning while he teaches, and being honest and congruent in whatever he says or does. He is the founder and Chairman of Banjara Academy, a unique institution committed to improvement of quality of life. He written over 30 books and 80 booklets on all practical aspects of day-to-day life, and writes regular columns and articles in many reputed publications	Harsha envisions a world where humanity’s prosperity is inclusive and integrated with that of the environment. She has 5 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions for the development of children and youth in need of care and protection, leaving institutional care while working as a Programme Director at an award-winning, pan India, non-profit, Make A Difference(MAD). Currently, Manjunath S Shastry works with the La Renon healthcare Pvt Ltd as Sales Manager at Bengaluru.
Dr. H L Shashirekha, is currently working as a professor in the Department of Computer Science, Mangalore University. Her research area is Text mining, Information Retrieval, Natural Language Processing She has been guiding many research scholars and M.C.A, M.Sc students for project works.	Sridhar S is working in LIC of India Divisional office Mysore as Higher Grade Assistant	Prof. A. Balasubramanian is a retd Professor at Dept. of Geology in Univresity of Mysore. He is a eminent academician. He has won several awards like Dr Abdul Kalam lifetime achievemnt award, vikram sarabhai lifetime achievemnt awardand many more. He has served in China, Srilanka, Thailand, Denmark, France etc. He has authorship of 7 books & resource person in academic staff College. He is alos a UNESCO Consultant	Dr. Manjunath Paramashivaiah hails from Tiptur, Karnataka. At the beginning of his career, Manjunath worked at XeroX PARC (Palo Alto Research Center) researching on Digital Rights Management and most recently as a Principal Architect (R&D) at one of the world’s largest Cloud Companies. Dr. Manjunath Paramashivaiah is also a dedicated educationalist intending to bring Easy-To-Use, High Quality, Affordable, Comprehensive and Well Researched Training Material and advise fellow citizens, ex-armed forces personnel and especially rural students who are preparing to find career opportunities in Government and Banking jobs. In his 22-year service, Sudhir has served in several ministries, including Ministries of Defence, Surface Transport, Electronics and Information Technology, and the PMO and Planning Commission. Currently, Sudhir works with the defence Ministry as Controller (R&D) and Controller (IT& Software Development) in Bengaluru.
